Made this for a wall contest in another site, theme was screenshot, screencapped this from a Clannad ep, forgot what ep it was.. lol..
anyways Character is Vectored - about 2-4 hours..
background is also vectored but opacity reduced, blurred a little..
Eye part was the most difficult to handle.. took a long time makin it.. XD
